Should you not be satisfied with any of your garments, you can always cancel your purchase within 30 days.

The cost of the return is borne by the customer (SEK 49). A refund will be made in points to the customer when we have received and registered the return.

A complaint must be made as soon as the error is discovered and is done by contacting us via hej@bytti.se. Take a picture of the defect and send it along with information to us and we will handle your complaint and you will get the points back.
